Chardonnay le Capitaine, 2012 – Prvo vino koje bih preporucila obzirom na  odlican okus egzoticnog voca i jabuka. Odlicno se stapa sa puretinom i salatom od tjestenine. Pitko i divno, a osim toga mu je i cijena dobra (cca. 8 EUR).

 

Chardonnay le Capitaine, 2012 , Wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region is produced in the South of France, ranging from the Mediterranean coast to Provence. Goes perfectly with turkey and I really enjoyed this combination. Bruno Ohlzon, I am really happy that this man went from hockey player to wine producer – he did the right thing! This bottle is my recommendation. Definitely will buy again. Great taste of yellow apple and exotic fruit. Also recommended by Le guide Hachette des vins 2014. And the price is great.

Bijela vina, osnove / White wine, basics

This was one of my favourite sorts of wine. When talking about white wine, there are usually seven different types: Chardonnay – a good choice for fish and chicken dishes, Sauvignon blanc – seafood and salads, Semillon – fish, mussels, pasta salads, Moscato – just a glass of wine or with dessert, Pinot grigio – versatile, Gewürztraminer – Asian food, pork, grilled sausages, Riesling – fish, chicken, pork, Japanese food.

Ovo je jedno od omiljenih vrsta vina. Kada pricamo o bijelom vinu, postoji 7 osnovnih vrsta: Chardonnay – dobar izbor uz ribu i piletinu, Sauvignon blanc – morski plodovi i salate, Semillon – riba misici i salate sa tjesteninom, Moscato – samo casa vina bez hrane ili uz neki desert, Pinot grigio – razlicite vrste hrane, Gewürztraminer – azijska kuhinja, kobasice, Riesling – riba, piletina, japanska kuhinja.
